How long will the courses take me to complete?
Each course will take approximately 1 hour to complete. You may want to spend further time reflecting on some of the questions.
The 7 day Challenge course takes approximately 3 minutes per day for 7 days.
DO I NEED TO TAKE THE COURSES IN A SPECIFIC ORDER?
You can take the courses in any order you like. Each course contains fully explained content so it is not necessary to take 1 course before another.
What will I learn in the courses?
You will take-away easy to implement techniques that will help you communicate more effectively
What do you mean by ‘easy to implement’?
These are simple steps that you can do in less than 5 minutes.
Why do you suggest such small steps?
Change takes effort and is easiest to approach by taking small steps one at a time. Something may seem like a very small step, but can in fact have a big impact on how you communicate and how others perceive you.
Do the courses have homework?
Each course has reflection tasks that you can choose to do. You will get more out of the course by taking the time to complete these tasks.
